The historic Turisthotellet
In the heart of Näsåker, by the Ångerman River, this stately building has welcomed travellers since the early 1900s. With its verandas, its garden and its view of the rapids, the Turisthotellet quickly became a natural gathering place — for travellers, for the village and for life's great occasions.
Generations of guests have walked through its halls. Much has changed over the years, but the feeling of stepping into a house with history remains.
A new chapter
Today the house has been given new life as Hotel Nämforsen, run with care for both the building and the spirit of the place. We combine the charm of the historic with a modern care for our guests — rooms, events and bar, in the heart of the Ådalen valley.
The hotel is run as part of Patton House, with the ambition to let Näsåker and the High Coast inland meet their visitors at their very best — warm, personal and rooted in the place.
